Step 5: Purchase and PO –
Upon receipt of your purchase order or other confirming documents, the Moffitt team prepares an installation schedule and gets to work to ensure your project comes off without a hitch.
Step 6: Installation –
Installation will begin on the scheduled day and we will work diligently to complete your project on time providing regular updates of our progress.
Step 7: Customer Training –
At the conclusion of your AV installation project, the Moffitt staff will provide training to insure the proper use of your new system.
Step 8: Support and Service –
Moffitt maintains a 1-800 number and emergency call support on an ongoing or per incident basis.
